Upstage Couture Wellness Coaching (UCWC) provides a variety of services for a healthier living lifestyle. We have a community of people to connect with for cookbooks, recipes, Zoom gatherings, healthy living ideas, fun events, more online and in person!

We teach awareness on what certain foods do to and for your body. Along with helping reprogram the stinking thinking into a growth-minded healthy individual.

Ashley Reece loves to work with young adults, parents, and families to teach the value of whole food nutrition. Ashley is certified by Dr. Sears Wellness Institute as a Wellness Coach. She has been into fitness for over 20 years, has danced for 17 years, 5 competitively on All Star Teams, and is also a WBFF Pro Bikini Athlete. Being a woman of faith, a business owner, a mom, an athlete, and a wellness coach (to name a few), Ashley overall cares about the mind, body, and spirit to be happy.
